What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs R490.00 per bicycle.

How long does delivery take?

We don’t want to keep you waiting and will ship your Lekker Bike as soon as possible. Once shipped delivery to main centres typically takes up to 3 working days, while deliveries to outlying areas can take 5 to 7 working days.

Do you ship to Namibia and/or other countries?

We sell to most Southern African countries, please email us at info.sa@lekkerbikes.com

Which payment methods are accepted online?

We accept Visa and MasterCard cheque & credit cards as well as EFTs (Bank Transfers). Payments are processed by PayFast. 

Is the online store secure?

Yes, our store is accessed over a SSL secure connection. Payments are process by PayFast who is a PCI-DSS LEVEL 1 COMPLIANT payment provider. PayFast also uses Extended Validation SSL with 2048-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this –the highest– level of encryption currently available. What exactly happens after ordering?

After your order is placed and we have received payment we start to process your order, normally within 24 hours. Once your order has been successfully processed we pack and ship your Lekker Bike!

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, when you place your order and we have confirmed it you will receive an invoice via email. If you did not receive it please check your junk mail or send us an email at info.sa@lekkebikes.com

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

If you wish to order more than 2 Lekker Bikes please send us an email at info.sa@lekkerbikes.com
